Very bad. On two occasions. I don't know how they did that, but when my son ordered a plain cheeseburger they had put a raw patty on it. Then the next time, he ordered a plain cheeseburger and they smashed their thumb or something through it that was covered in mustard. I was charged for a double, $7.67 (which is an absolute tongue in cheek for the normal $7.58) and they were snotty about the goofball made up price. Also, if they had given me the junior bacon burger I actually had ordered, it would have been $5.68 or

Terrible experience I had today all I wanted was Parmesan Cesar salad not only was the staff impatient while I was stating my order, I don’t know how many times he said “anything else” while I was still talking! They couldn’t simply get a Parmesan Caesar made correctly. I almost left without my dressing in my bag and the chicken they put on my salad was hard and not appetizing at all! If you’re going to put young workers overnight make sure they know what true customer service has to look like! Let it start in the kitchen!

Service was fast through the drive-thru, the drizzled frosties are not worth the money
Manager was rude the store manager also the assistant manager was rude as well all I wanted was a baked potato for me and my mom and some tea for her in water for me they were so rude out of everything even ice in the machine it was ridiculous. All you could hear was the employees in the background joking around they weren't wearing the proper attire to keep hair out of the food I would not recommend this Wendy's if you're going to eat at Wendy's eat at the Wendy's in Van Buren Arkansas or the one on Zero Street in Fort Smith Samantha Ferguson is the store manager there and she is amazing I used to work for her she does everything in her power to keep her customers happy especially Irregulars and there's always a positive atmosphere when she's there and she keeps her restaurants extremely clean and she enforces the dress code. Unlike this Wendy's on Rogers Avenue strongly recommend against eating there I used to work there and I have seen some things
