MOST of the time the service is great. There is some great staff here. We go a lot but one server doesn't come around. I used the survey they give you and when I handed it to the manager he threw it in the trash. I told him he needed to read it. The cashier is super nice. She is always there. She was so apologetic. Western Sizzlin feels like a forgotten treasure to people my age (22) but for my husband and I it was just under $40. We both got the #9 (very large steak), loaded potato, salad bar, and drinks. I am extremely happy with my meals everytime I come. Ashley was our server today and she was attentive but didn’t linger. 10/10 recommend this location.
