Stop and listen. When trying to order the other night, while trying to say "I would like a #2 with no cheese", I was interupted and asked "do you want cheese on that?" While trying to say I only want "mayo, ketchup, and pickles on my burger," I was interupted and asked "do you want everything on that burger?." After driving away from your drive thru, I proceeded to another burger establishment around the corner, where I was able to order my food free of the peron on the other end interupting me. I guess the folk tales are true; "the service does get worse the farther away from Corpus Christi (birthplace of Whataburger) you get"

Ordered on the app and drove 10 minutes to get there and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru. The food was good but for $17 for a burger and onion rings it shouldn't take 25 minutes. The lady in the drive thru was professional and nice.

Ordered on the app. 3 meals with drinks and a single burger. Drive the 12 minutes it takes to get there. The young lady brings the bags out and bids me a goodnight. I asked if my drinks were coming and she said "I ain't make no drinks". She then asked for the receipt and I showed her were i had ordered drinks and what they were. She takes the receipt and walks off. A minute or so later, a different lady comes out with the drinks. She apologizes for the day and tells me to drive safe. The first girl was just rude. If she needed to make two trips with the drinks, that's fine. I wouldn't want anyone to carry more than their comfortable with for any job.

Just paid $14.90 for a #2. Added 2 slices of cheese for $1.58. Upon receiving my order, I asked for 1 jalapeño ranch for my burger. Was then told I would be charged for 1 small package of ranch. Don't advertise "Try our sauces" without letting us try all of them. Of I'm going to pay $15 for an average burger, the least you can do is throw in ONE ranch. Thanks for nothing. I'll never spend another dollar here. Unbelievable...

Food was pretty slow. Order was wrong. Ordered 2 Jr burger meals and 1 double Jr burger meal, but instead of double Jr, was brought a regular double burger meal with wrong condiments. Was charged for the double burger meal that was almost twice as high as the Jr version - and no refund was offered.
