I'm so proud to write this post for a 'well deserving' BBQ Grill Master. The Ribs & Pulled Pork plus sauce was absolutely delicious. My family cleaned it up otherwise I would have sent a pic. Being from Southern Illinois..Mike Mills would approve! MJ WAITE
Really good brisket! Love the variety of sauces on each table. Everything was clean. Potato salad was the best I have eaten outside of my own kitchen and the portion was good sized. Only criticism I have is that the buns were not warm.
Sorry no pictures. The sandwich was small but good. The pulled pork was very tender and you are given a choice of 6 sauces at your table. All the sauces are great. I had two very small sides. Bland mac and cheese and potato salad. Both were meh. Not a place I will return to. Gave 4 stars for the meat alone. Very small menu with few choices for mixed plates. No doubt the meat and sauces are great but the rest left me wanting.
