Called and placed an order. They notified me my order was ready to delivered. 5 minutes later I got a text that my order was canceled. I called and spoke with Melissa and she said there was nothing she could do. I ask for my money back and she said she would see about it. Very rude. I ask for the regional managers name and number. She gave me a guy named Jorge and he will not answer calls only texts and he has not helped as well. Terrible customer service.
Let me start out by saying this USED to be a 3 times a week stop for me, idk what happened to this place. I will say though, with the changing of the fries that are now being undercooked, the janky half wings they throw in your box, lack of professionalism from staff, the soda machine that is ALWAYS pushing out flat drinks, cold food, giving less wings than ordered and the ongoing list of problems this place has become one of my 1 time every month or 2 places.
