Everything was good except I ordered online and upon checking my bag realized half my order was missing. The rest was sitting there for 15 mins while I waited on them to get it. It was a Friday evening though and they were busy so I understand just a little frustrating but that's fast food for you.

I really like the food at Wingstop. I only have 3 stars on the atmosphere bc when we went it was WAY too cold in there everyone was freezing and the ac unit was leaking on the tables where we were eating. Other than that great place to eat.

Hundreds of orders taken and hundreds never made for the Super Bowl. This company ruined a LOT of parties. They have yet to apologize or even give refunds of the hundreds of dollars they have already collected. They could have called the customers to let them know, they wont have the orders done so HUNDREDS of people had to scramble to find party food. This place needs to be shut down if nothing else, for theft. Still no refunds. Very bad management

I’m sure they were overwhelmed with the abundance of order because of the Super Bowl but it took my order 2 1/2 hours to be ready for pickup. Then when I got home, I had 5 sticks of celery and 5 sticks of carrots!!!! Really??! Not what I usually get with a large order! I don’t think they were prepared for game night…. Not like in the past; very disappointed!

Every time I come here I always find an extra wing or two in my order! Whoever is doing that, I would like for you to know that you are doing an outstanding job! If it is a mistake, just know that it is a well appreciated mistake

Have you ever wanted a good wings and sports combo? Wingstop does just that. So, firstly and most importantly, the food is up first.
First, the food. No matter what flavor you get, I can guarantee they'll be good. Each wing is really, really good. They taste like they came from a Michelin star restaurant. Your fingers will get drowned in liquid from how saucy and tangy they are. Your teeth will thank you. The tenderness is impressive. And they are fresh with great seasoning. You'll be wanting more with each bite, especially if you get buffalo. Along with the wings, their sandwiches can't be forgotten either, as they can taste better than wings some days, with all the same qualities. The food is a 5. Unfortunately, the service wasn't the best, which takes me to my next point.
Second, the service. The lady at the counter sat us down quickly, but it slowed after that. The waiters were normal but seemed a bit aggravated. After ordering, it took 30 minutes to get our food. I don't know what happened, but it feels like someone wasn't paying attention, or they just got to us late. Mainly, we got the idea that nobody was really trying that day. While underwhelming, I think a few more incentives to get the job done or more workers at popular times would improve wait times. The service gets 3 stars. Sadly, we have to go down even a little more to the atmosphere, which is third point.
Third, the atmosphere. If I'm being honest, it was rough. There were minimal decorations, no music, and almost no chatter. This place didn't really have a warmth or lively feeling to it. Cool lights, an mp3 or some type of music, and more enjoyment around the restaurant would aid in a better experience here. I mentioned football, which is what makes the atmosphere sustainable. Nfl or college games on the TV with wings just pair well together. The atmosphere gets 2 stars. Going back up, though, the price is my final point.
Finally, the price. My family of 5 ate here for around 40-50 dollars if I recall. This place feeds everyone and is a bit better than median prices nowadays, which is really all you can ask for. Because of that, the price gets 4 stars.
In conclusion, come here for the delicious food and sports. If Wingstop can improve their service a little bit and add to the atmosphere, this could easily be a five-star establishment!
Haven't eaten the food yet the young lady that helped me was very nice. She definitely deserves all good things. My first time to a Wingstop and will come back because of this employee

Got wings for delivery. Got here on time. Everything was still warm. The boneless hickory smoked BBQ wings were so good. The fries were amazing and the sweet tea was just sweet enough.
Whats the purpose of doing an online order with a specific pick up time and it being late.... I pre-ordered our food in mid-afternoon for a 7:15 pick up, so its not like I ordered it at rush hour and was added to the pile. On top of that wait it's NOT FRESH. WHY?!?!?!
