Ordered online and waited 1hr to be told when I got there that the computer system wasn't working properly so my order would be anywhere from another 1hr to maybe 2hr wait, will never support this business with my money again

Almost left out two sides of fries entirely, went back inside to get them, the one on the parm fries were the regular , the buffalo ranch is large, paid extra for them to half ass the food THEY left out.

A few weeks ago I ordered a family wing pack and there were no sauces in the bag when it was delivered and I had paid for extra ranch, then tonight I ordered the same thing and they didn’t include my fries. They said if I wanted them, I had to come pick them up, or I would just get a refund.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for pickup, originally said it would be ready 20 minutes after I placed the order. We waited 20 minutes to even leave my house to pickup cause the last several times it’s taken longer than estimated. It took well over an hour to get our food. The restaurant itself was filthy. Trash everywhere. Not a single table clean. There were also several other people there waiting for orders one who had already been there for an hour waiting. The people working were all super rude to customers but also just giggling and having a grand ole time playing around. We will never go back to this location.

Everything was good except I ordered online and upon checking my bag realized half my order was missing. The rest was sitting there for 15 mins while I waited on them to get it. It was a Friday evening though and they were busy so I understand just a little frustrating but that's fast food for you.

I really like the food at Wingstop. I only have 3 stars on the atmosphere bc when we went it was WAY too cold in there everyone was freezing and the ac unit was leaking on the tables where we were eating. Other than that great place to eat.

Hundreds of orders taken and hundreds never made for the Super Bowl. This company ruined a LOT of parties. They have yet to apologize or even give refunds of the hundreds of dollars they have already collected. They could have called the customers to let them know, they wont have the orders done so HUNDREDS of people had to scramble to find party food. This place needs to be shut down if nothing else, for theft. Still no refunds. Very bad management
