Whatever brown hair girl with glasses working the drive thru at 714pm on 12/09 was RUDE AS HELL. She skipped me for another vehicle when taking orders, when I was there for longer than the other vehicle. Rude when I brought it to her attention and didn't say a single word to me when I pulled up, not even confirming the order before I was charged. All I knew is that I could have been paying for another vehicles order and I waited for my receipt to make sure too since she didn't say a word to me. Horrible customer service from her. She didn't have a name badge on or I'd be using her name.

Wonderful lady at the drive thru this morning! I've been a regular for over 10 years and she has been there for a long time! I hate the computer voice and find it very robotic (obviously)! She is patient and always makes sure to ask how my day is. Your robot doesn't do that! You need more people like her in your business.... cause even when the order is messed up (which is frequently is) she patiently gets it fixed! Please thank her and tell her what a great worker she is!!

Used McDonald’s app to pick up curbside. App said to pick up inside at the pick up station. Showed manager receipt and he stated you will be refunded in one to two business days. Did not offer to give me the food I had already paid for and had a receipt proving I paid.

Went to get food it was 10 and placed a mobile order went inside cause I waited then waited more for a worker to say there no name then went to the window and they said it’s to late these workers are not compitent and shouldn’t be working if there not gonna do there job

Literally can’t do shit right, this is the second door dash order they have messed up. I don’t know how someone can order a SAUSAGE egg and cheese bagel and you literally forget the meat. Idc how petty this is but I have had such a bad morning and this was supposed to be my pick me up and they literally messed that up too.
