I hate they changed there fries. Can't stand them anymore. I can go buy that at the store. Size of everything is smaller price keeps going up.

Only rating one star because zero stars is unavailable. We Ordered on line through the Sonic app to discover that they took their ice cream down an hour before they closed, and was told they were not able to refund my card, so I spent $15 and drove 10 miles round trip to discover I was not only able to get what I ordered but also lost my money. I am so done with them. Don’t darken their door.

Today must of not been an a+ kinda day. I'm not sure if it was from lack of staff or just training new people . But I made an in the app purchase today . Checked in and waited for my delicious coconut cream slush to come .. waiting about 10 mins knowing I would be late to probation but hell it's hot outside. . and finally I decided to see if they would just forward it to the sonic in Mt home or something so I walked to the door n politely knocked and asked my question only to find out the girl just made my order or so she thought . Which I was like alright my mouth is so dry yet almost salvationing due to how amazing these drinks are .. only to find out the ice cream is down and yet there's no indication at all but you're aware of

Went to get the new float because I thought the straw was cute and fun and I like the flavor it was supposed to be. SUPPOSED TO BE. I got it, they did not even have or know about the straws, and the cotton candy float had salted caramel or something salty in it and I couldn't drink it. Intentional or not I'm pretty annoyed that I just gave you guys 5 bucks for absolutely nothing except garbage to throw away. Thanks a lot. This sonic is the worst ever.
