They have terrible customer service expectations. They allow employees to yell at customers randomly for whatever personal reasons they have. And then the customer gets in trouble and the employees get to continue to get paid for their terrible people skills. The employees don't wash hands properly, or follow proper glove procedures. It's a surprise the food is any good at all.

Horrible, just horrible. Every time I go here, they skimp out on all the toppings. I'm sick of getting tacos with hardly anything in them. I shouldn't have to order AND PAY for extra lettuce. Even when I do order extra lettuce, they STILL put just a punch of cheese and lettuce!!! Taco Bell, you just lost another customer!!! I cannot believe that I spent $30 last night on four tacos, a cheese quesadilla that somehow got chicken put on it can a Mexican pizza that sprinkle of cheese on top of it as well. The freaking prices that you guys charge for your food, you should be able to get something decent when you actually go there but no more Taco bell, that's it period and the sad part is that every single one I go to. But this one and gas bills really sucks and tops the cake

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a hot minute. I wasn't used to the new computer system that they have. I've been used to looking at a menu. One of the employees Drew ( I think that was his name) was so kind to come over and kind of walk me through it. He asked me what I liked and gave me some awesome recommendations. Top-notch service from that guy! It's not too often you get stellar customer service from Taco Bell employees like that. Hats off to that man he definitely deserves a raise. When did Taco Bell get so expensive? Almost $15 for two tacos!

If you’re looking to chip a tooth on an unexpectedly large amount on uncooked rice, this is the place for you. Uncooked rice in their veggie bowls, close to no chicken and hardly any cheese in your quesadillas, always forgetting something, Not to mention the crew that seems to be the most bored and careless I’ve EVER seen. I’ve given them multiple chances, kept trying the food, and there has NEVER failed to be a mistake with the order or even the food. Don’t recommend unless you’re about all of that.

Went thru the drive thru ordered one 5$ box and a #1 . The person even repeated my order yet somehow i ended up with a #3 and my box was missing the cinnamon twist

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I just came back from Taco Bell about to eat my quesadillas and there was legit trash in my wrapper. A burnt cup lid in the wrapper with my quesadillas. The people that took my order was very sweet and I was not rude to them at all either. I just don’t understand how TRASH could end up in my food.

Messed my first online order up but second one was perfect and on time. First online order could have been my fault idk. Otherwise good service and product was as expected.

I put in a mobile order 15 minutes before I got there and I got there and they still didn’t have it done and I had to wait 15 more minutes for them to get it finished for me and then they decided they just weren’t gonna put no sauce in my bag, even though it’s specifically says on my order to put sauce in the bagso tired of people not wanting to do their job it’s a mobile order. It should get made first on time like it said so people can pick it up and have to wait but no, of course that’s not the case for this Taco Bell.
