Food is exactly what you'd expect from here. They tried to "modernize" the place. Failed miserably. You have to use a tablet looking thing to order (dine-in) and it's hard to use. You're probably better off using the drive-thru or going somewhere else. Only good thing about the inside of that place was the surprisingly clean restrooms.

Not a fan of this new "the customer is the employee" format we've been racing towards since the acceleration of the self checkout model post pandemic, but at least a taco bell finally held the sour cream the first time.

What the hell happened to customer service!? I stopped in with a friend and no people up front to take your order. It was kiosk use, and if you paid in cash it was required to have exact change. They refused to make change and have a sign posted stating that fact. Everyone was in the back area making food, but when walking in the door zero acknowledgement and zero interaction unless paying with cash. I find it intolerable that a corporation is moving to this type of service.

Ok this Bell has been open for about 5 months or more I have Roughly ordered about 10 times from it. Out of those 10 times I have spent Roughly about 35 dollars. Everytime theirs food and items that are missing in the bag from my order I ordered 12 items their's 4 to 5 items always missing like this morning DEC 16 2023. I ordered ahead time with the app I got their they were not busy 1 car I was told by drive thru to pull around to the front door .It took them technically 40 min to get me 7 menu items with 5 items missing..So anyone reading this avoid this taco bell go to caseys across the street or McDonald's...

Always double check your order for freshness. I ordered nacho fries and they tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. The actual cheese was hot. And thankfully my drink was given as I ordered. This was my first and last time ordering at this
