⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic First Visit!
I stopped by Ember Mountain Coffee Company for the first time on the morning of July 5th and had a great experience. Kellsey took my order and was incredibly helpful—she asked what I liked and offered suggestions that felt thoughtful and genuine, not pushy at all. Thanks to her, I ended up with a beautiful, delicious iced drink that hit the spot!
I also asked if I could get a medium drink in a large cup for extra ice, and she was more than happy to accommodate. The barista at the pickup window (I wish I’d gotten her name!) was equally friendly, and my drink looked like a work of art. It’s clear they care about both quality and service.
I don’t remember what I paid but I remember being pleasantly surprised at the value.
I’ll definitely be back for another coffee the next time I’m in Gentry!

I've been getting the iced Spiced Chai tea with a shot of Espresso since the Gentry location opened. Never have they not tasted delicious! This morning, it taste absolutely horrible. I didn't take a drink until I got to work, otherwise I would of given it right back! It's extremely bitter, almost metallic. Very disappointed!
