I never thought that McDonald's would cost as much as a sit-down resteraunt, and after my last experience, it took as long as well. I will not be going back.

Came here at 7am on 7/12/25 went through drive through ordered a sausage biscuit and hasbrown and a large unsweetened tea. Got to the window and was told it was more then I have ever paid when I asked thw cashier why the lady with a tattoo on her left arm wanted to argue with me and tell me I am lying and there is no way I payed less then that so I showed them a receipt from yesterday and they still wanted to argue with me. I spoke to a manager and she wanted to argue with me and when I said I was going to speak to there corporate the manager laughing at me. I asked for my receipt and the manager shut the drive through door and refused to give me my receipt. DONT GO HERE.

All of the female managers at this McDonald’s I like it’s the main managers that totally ignore you when you’re standing there waiting on a DoorDash for let’s see. I waited 35 minutes on an order that shouldn’t have taken no where near that long. I literally made only nine dollars that hour because it took sooooooo long to get the order and drive it to Decatur and back.
I have dashed here a lot for people and several other McDonald’s but this one has more people call in and say they didn’t get their food when you know good well they did because you watched the demands or put it in the bag and seal it. There’s no way that we can get the food once it’s packaged with even the drinks on the inside for McDonald’s so there’s a lot of very horrible liars that live in gentry and in one night in three hours I had over three calls that said not only did they not get their cookies or their desserts but they also didn’t get their drinks. I went back and told the manager she said she packed it all herself so that tells you that’s why I don’t like working in gentry. there’s too many liars that will say that you took their stuff or they never got it. I’m sorry, gentry Arkansas, but you guys need to work on getting your citizens more trustworthy

I know its fast food and not a good healthy choice but come on. Can the owner do something about the terrible service and terrible food making process going on at their establishment. Ive been here in town for 2 years and not one time I've ever gone there has my food been created properly or correct. It's just crazy, I get long hard days truly I do but if you cant handle the service life then get out. Managers do better, hire better , fire better
How do you get 1/2 an Uber eats order wrong??? This is not blueberry pie or a s'mores flurry.. I can't eat these!

Horrible customer service!
Food was good and hot, the new chicken tenders were very good. We dined inside - food and restroom were clean. Many of the tables were very, very cold (in May) and the lighting was very harsh and bright. Overall experience was still good.

There is no changing table in either restroom.
I pulled up to McDonalds 20 minutes before close, waited in line for 15 minutes and pulled up to order my food and nobody tried to take it. Sat there until the lights for the building went off and the screens turned off, still unresponsive. I pulled up to the window and said I waited for 20 minutes to try and order and manager said they couldn’t make any orders after the lights turn off. Such a waste of time
