since the new owner of LA huerta which is Papa's now. I have gone and tastes the food and I have really liked the seasoning.

It can be wayyyyy better manager was sitting on his ass it’s some kid on his phone , the greeter messy hair . And she wore something like if she closed her eyes and dressed up , food is expensive , and wasn’t even good. My torta was dry . Chips stale , place was dead no character , no Mexican culture in it , very depressing

My husband and I went here for dinner last night. We haven’t been there since it changed hands, and we are so impressed. The service was friendly, fast, and polite. The food was hot and really really good. Definitely give this place a new try. They are killling it

Papas Mexican is AWESOME. food is great atmosphere and staff superb!! Friendliest atmosphere staff and owners go up to each table and customers and treat u just like family literally. prices are fair and food is great. I highly recommend family friendly restaurant!!

We tried to try this place again today and we waited 10 minutes before we left. When we arrived there was 1 couple who was wrapping up eating and 1 other couple waiting on their food. I do believe a door dash had walked in also. 2 tables and a door dash order and it took well over 5 minutes for the waitress to say she would be with us shortly.

Everything was amazing, so much better than what it used to be, staff was great and I even got bean dip which was pretty unique
Enjoyed the atmosphere and uplifting music. The service was great. I had the tortilla soup which was nice and hot (So be careful) and you could tell this wasn't made from a package. Since my wife and I don't drink alcohol, it was definitely a plus to enjoy their Pina colada. We will be visiting again next time we are in Gentry AR.

highly RECCOMMEND! We stopped in here yesterday after church and i gotta say what a great decision! the owners are wonderful and staff very friendly, the STREET TACOS were amazing, that queso was on key, and the complimentary bean dip was spot on! stop and check it out you will be glad you did! thank you papas for the wonderful experience! see ya next time❤️???

I couldn't get the server to refill our drinks, we waited for ever to get cold food. When i asked for the bill over and over the waiter kept ducking me. I finally went to the front and just payed. I was charged nearly 70 dollars for a burrito, 4 tacos, tamales, and chicken nuggets. All of which was cold. Dont waste your money or time on this place.
