I ordered 2 frito Chilli burritos, chili cheese pickle fries large. I ordered through the app. I get there and check in, I'm stuck waiting 10 min to even receive my food. When I receive it I got 2 Jr frito Chilli burritos and a medium pickle fry no Chilli or cheese. Super crappy service. It's only the 8th time I've went to this particular sonic. Every time they mess up the order over and over. Sad to say should be shutdown.

Attempted to place an order via app for discounted burgers and drinks (feeding several and was after a budget friendly option), the app continued to fail. Tried ordering at the kiosk but they wouldn't honor the discounted pricing.

Really good food, staff is kind for the most part, not much atmosphere considering it's a drive in. The food does take a while to get out though even if you order through the app which isn't my favorite but super good food! Definitely recommend the cherry limeade!
Why is the tea ALWAYS so weak???? The last 2 times the tea has been SO weak, I had to go home and make a cup of tea to add to it! Very disappointed.

Okay I am usually a just fix it and we are good. But this has been an issue for a while. And then my last order... 8 cheeseburgers and 2 wraps shoved (and I mean it was all squished) into 1 bag. And the topping of it. My route44 tea was flavored sugar water. ? The quality of service is why I left the service industry. You are being paid for your service at least take pride in your work.

Rude employees and manger some sonic restaurant don't use phones to take orders they missed up on the order we ordered 2 sonic cheese burgers one with tater tots and fries and the a footlong america hotdog with onions rings but we got 2 onion rings and when did ocean water become ice water
