We asked the person at the drive through if you had a hot fudge brownie sundae. He said yes. We ordered two. Between both so called brownie sundaes we were able to find 7 little pea sized chunks of what could possibly identified as brownies.
What is the matter with you people? Why?
This is musleading and false advertising.
You can get a brownie sundae at Braums that actually has a brownie in it for less money.

Strangest experience on Father's Day. We arrived around 8:30 am. There were only a couple of cars in the lot in the back. All of the blinds were closed. By listed hours it was suppose to be open so we pulled up to the speaker and someone spoke, in a whisper. It was obviously a whisper and not a faulty speaker. It was weird so we left.
Place went downhill FAST. We got two double cheeseburgers and got single patty cheeseburgers. My wife had no fries, just an empty fry container. Burgers are super dry and cold. Shame.

I ordered 2 frito Chilli burritos, chili cheese pickle fries large. I ordered through the app. I get there and check in, I'm stuck waiting 10 min to even receive my food. When I receive it I got 2 Jr frito Chilli burritos and a medium pickle fry no Chilli or cheese. Super crappy service. It's only the 8th time I've went to this particular sonic. Every time they mess up the order over and over. Sad to say should be shutdown.

Attempted to place an order via app for discounted burgers and drinks (feeding several and was after a budget friendly option), the app continued to fail. Tried ordering at the kiosk but they wouldn't honor the discounted pricing.
