We ordered dinner ahead for pick up. Usually isn’t any issue. We got there and waited till other costumers had left. I went in to get our food and employee (Haydn) apologized for our food not being ready. He need a water break which totally fine. Then proceeds to say he needed to answer a couple text messages then he’ll get to making my food. I politely said no worries I’ll wait in the car. Watching from the car he was texting then started doing other tasks and prepping more bread. Waiting 10 more minutes and went inside. He said sorry still not done I’ve been busy. We waited 30 minutes outside before getting our food.
We then got home and our sandwich weren’t made right. No sauces, missing half the veggies on one, and wrong bread on the other.

Even the sandwich was depressed!! Went to lunch at 12 Lettuce and other veggies looked so old and dry. Very unappetizing.. got a meatball sandwich and wanted a bit more toppings on it but due to lack of fresh ingredients I didn’t choose any of it.. For 18$ absolutely unacceptable!!! Won’t be back at that location..
