Even the sandwich was depressed!! Went to lunch at 12 Lettuce and other veggies looked so old and dry. Very unappetizing.. got a meatball sandwich and wanted a bit more toppings on it but due to lack of fresh ingredients I didn’t choose any of it.. For 18$ absolutely unacceptable!!! Won’t be back at that location..

The young man at this place deserves a RAISE! He did absolutely freaking amazing with our sandwiches and even made an amazing recommendation on my husband's sandwich! Working all alone, busting his butt not only for in line orders but ONLINE orders as well. Was super patient and VERY ON IT with making the sandwiches! Literally worst service I have ever had. The lady finished me and my kids entire orders and then informed me they couldn't take cards at the moment after my food was already made and wanted me to go to the bank while my daughter was crying because she is 5 and was excited about her sandwich. Never going here again.

This was the BEST Subway ever. At first, I was frazzled! The app wasn't working so I ran inside to ask for help. Michael and Candice were working upfront. Michael was trying to help me with the app, b/c I had a BOGO coupon I wanted to use, but the app crashed everytime I tried to check out. Candice found a coupon at the register for me that had a better deal than the BOGO!! They were both so kind and patient. They truly had the BEST customer service skills you could ask for!! The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was sparkling clean. I arrived at this Subway feeling tired and anxious, but because of the way Michael and Candice took such great care of me, I left feeling happy and calm. My family had a delicious meal and the day was saved! I am so grateful to them for such kindness, compassion, patience, support and a perfect dinner for my family!! 💛💙💜🧡💚💛💙💜🧡💚 Thank you Candice and Michael 🥰🥰 you guys are the BEST!! See you next time!!

I usually come to this location due to it being close to home but I normally order online and my order has never been correct, specific staff members are rude and will make it hard for you to communicate. Food is always good quality though and the store is clean. Service could be much better .
