Everything is cold and soggy, apparently sits for hours. The chicken tenders are always very tough and difficult to chew. Employees turn off fryers and clean up an hour before closing so they can leave immediately within a few minutes prior to closing time. This is the only Chester's I have ever eaten at which is just disgusting and after giving it many chances I nor my family and friends will ever patronize this pathetic excuse for a Chester's!

Good chicken and a variety of sides to choose from. The people taking orders are very friendly and professional. There was a slight mix-up with our order, so they offered free cookies to make up for it.
