This place is uncalled for I’ve never had my food taste so awful Since I have been a customer there, I’ve always got my food made right but today I did not get my food made right I got a shake that was halfway empty with more whipped cream in it. I go back to get a new shake and they’re all laughing so I just threw the second shake away. I don’t appreciate spending five dollars on a shake that barely has anything in it.

We went by a few months back got hot chocolate it was so hot it scalded my throat we went all way to little rock before it cooled off Today we stopped by there got hot chocolate what supposed to be hot chocolate was nearly warm would have taken it back but had to get to Dr appointment

The place smells like fried vomit, which I had plenty of time to soak in while I waited 15 minutes for an iced latte which turned out to be basically just milk, so I’m not sure if they had to go milk the cow first or what. I feel like I need to shower.

I recently moved to Amity and had given up on the McDonalds where I lived. It was pathetic. Tried the one in Glenwood and what a huge difference! Service is great with friendly people and the food fresh and tasty. Coffee always fresh as well. Very pleased.

This McDonald's is inside a quick pick gas station. It is normal McDonald's. You can order at the counter or at a kiosk. We got our food relatively quick. Inside McDonald's itself was clean. However the women's restroom within the gas station was just awful. It only had two stalls one was out of service and you could tell it had been out of service for a long time. And the entryway into that the floor was nasty and they were flights everywhere.

I ordered on the app for a school trip, got there to pick it up and they claimed to not have my order. I showed them the receipt and my bank statement and they said idk what to do. So no joke 30 MINUTES LATER the manager come out and suddenly they know what to do and make my food. NO JOKE TOOK 35 MINUTES and they're were maybe 10 customers max

The restaurant was very clean, the workers were very helpful and friendly. The location was super busy, but they were fast, and the food was decent. Now I can't say the same for the gas station they are connected too and where the bathrooms are. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned very badly. I don't know if the McDonald's store has any control over that so didn't hold that against them. Overall decent McDonald's location.

This has got to be cleaned!!! Me and my copilot walked in and the smell was almost unbearable, smells like mold and must had quintuplets🤢. I thought it was just us, but asked a female customer also and she thought it was just her. Atmosphere was horrendous!
