At the drive thru, they advertise Buy on Get one. But when you order it, they say they will not honor it because of there system. Thats not an acceptable answer. I asked why they wouldn't take it off the board and they look at you like a deer in the headlights. One small piece of tape goes a long ways.
System down again. Should be better prepared when this happens.

Food was sub par. The drive through gets help but if you don't or can't go through the drive through they ignore you. Some how your time is worth less. Took 40 minutes or so to get my full order. Cold food and made the long drive I had even longer. There was only 4 people in the lobby too. This is happening at every McDonald's so at this point I would rather starve than waste another second at McDonald's ever again.

BRO ??? There was a rat that ran from the floor and jumped onto the soft drink counter lol. The dude behind the register was less friendly than the rat, but it's 9am at a McDonalds so I understand. But, he charged my mom for a water bottle, then told her they didn't have any, THEN tried giving her a cup and telling her he wasn't gonna refund her. This McDonalds is wild and dystopian, if you wanna feel like you're going crazy, come on in ?
