Plus they’re super greedy with the candy in their Blasts. We ordered multiple M&M blasts, and all they do is put 8-10 total M&Ms on the top. Definitely not worth the costs.
Also, you can tell they rarely change their fry oil.
Honestly I think that the owner is just cheap and doesn’t want to invest in their company.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, received 2 singles (which were overcooked). Chili cheese tots with mustard and onions had no cheese, chili or mustard with about 7 onion chunks. Cheder peppers were so over cooked the cheese had been blown out. Another customer came to the center order area about 5 minutes after I placed my order and received his order about 5 minutes before I received my screwed up order. This was about the 5th time in a row but not the only time things have been WRONG. Something needs to change. They will not answer the phone and if corporate doesn't do anything to rectify the issues then things are never going to improve.

95% of their screens don't work and they never fix them. The food has gone downhill as well. French fries clumped together and jalapeño poppers overcooked. The servers are the best part of this place.

Now I know things get busy. However im furious. They forgot my fries and tots the first time, and i get home and my burger was wrong. My fiance said her hotdog was cold like they didn't even warm it up. My pickle smasher was supposed to have the pickles it had on it and then on top of the extra pickles I asked for. Im actually mad , and normally im not the type to get mad over stuff like this but its been a pattern at this particular sonic. If imma pay $40 im going somewhere else for now on.

The one in Nashville Arkansas half the bays don't work. You can order 2 drink there and it takes 15-20 minutes. All .sonics you have to draw a picture of what you want. If you order a burger you have tell everything you want on it and they still screw it up. If you tell them no cheese mustard and everything. That means mustard and all the veggies. Not mustard mayo and ketchup

I would rate this place a zero if I could. My friend and I went to sonic to get dinner after work. We have been here a couple times to give them another chance after the first time was not good either. We get our food, and the chicken sandwich was burnt and not even chicken. It was literally breading. I then open my cheeseburger and the bun is hard as a rock. We compromised, trying to give them a chance and used the bun from the chicken sandwich for my burger. I get the second bite of my chicken sandwich and there is two pieces of plastic. At first I kept chewing thinking it was onion. It was not budging. I pulled it out of my mouth to then see the plastic. I ordered a Vanilla Coke since it came with my meal; I always get a Vanilla Coke because it is my favorite. They disappointed me so bad. All you can taste is syrup, like they put at least 5 pumps of syrup in a medium cup. We also got mozzarella sticks and asked for marinara and ranch. They didn’t give us either so we clicked the button and asked for two things of ranch and a marinara. They still did not give us marinara so we just said whatever and went home. We also got a chicken tender box which should have came IN A BOX with gravy as well. It did not. This sonic is NOT a sonic to go to. It is by far the worst food I have ever eaten. I will not be going back!

This is a real good Sonic! My family and come Glenwood regularly and we always stop by this location. The employees are friendly, service is really quick, their food is fresh, and it's kept clean. We have never had any issue at this Sonic. It's one of our favorites.
