I honestly do not know where to begin with this review. When I tell you that this little mom and pop establishment is the best thing going on this end of the state of Arkansas, I’m not exaggerating. Rise & Shine is worth the drive. If they were 10 miles closer to me, I would eat there at least 5 days a week some days twice. The staff is supper friendly and go over and beyond with customer service. The cook, on each time I visited has always made sure that the food is fresh and hot. Not lukewarm but hot. I have only lived in De Queen a few months but since stumbling upon this establishment which is about 15 minutes away from me, I have yet to be disappointed. Ladies, keep up the good work. I will be back next week for more.

We were driving through while traveling, I wish I had caught her name but the waitress with the dark brown hair was probably the most personable and friendly server I’ve had in a while. Love stopping in these “whole in the wall” type of places and this one did not disappoint ❤️

we loved the chicken fried steaks and the fried okra was the best I ever had. we went back again the same day and loved the hamburger and my nephew loved the pizza. my brother and nephew all agreed the food was great. and dont forget the chocolate milkshake.

Our first visit...was impressed with the atmosphere and prompt courteous attention. Food came fast and was very good. Has a nice varied menu. The shakes are a great price. Great friendly service. Will come again.

Wanted to have a good experience but waited over an hour for my food. Watched several people come in and order after us and get their food. Finally after an hour of waiting, my husband asked to just pay for our appetizer because we were tired of waiting. At that point, our food hadn’t even been started. Got our appetizer free but wasted much of our time waiting to not even get to eat and it was his birthday.

This place is amazing. I'm Canadian and sat in Grannis for almost two days waiting to load and got breakfast here as well as a lunch time pizza. Both were amazing. Great people. Great food. God bless this restaurant and the people that run it. 👏
