11 May 25 - My husband and I were there about 7:30 pm. He ordered cheeseburger singe with onion rings. We normally get very good burgers but this was not
To begin with it was cold. The meat tasted odd like it was sitting than heated in the microwave
Very disappointed. My chicken sandwich was ok.

: I was about to have a breakdown in stall four because the card reader wasn't working and I had had a really horrible day. I hadn't really eaten in the last 2 days so I was a little more agitated than normal. The CarHop was very nice I believe her name was Carla. She was very sweet and ran my card inside. I also have another receipt maybe it was just Alexis's drawer cuz she had to run it inside. I just wanted to name drop both just in case the car hops name was actually Alexis and I misheard. Anyway fantastic sonic. Sorry I was outside yelling f*** a couple of times.

I ordered a small peanut butter fudge shake add banana and a route 44 root beer my shake came out thin and melted the lid came off and went all over my car I pushed the red button and told the girl about the shake I got n napkins but no offer to make it right on it being melted when I got it I have never had that problem from day shift this was at night so disappointed

Order a blt toaster with extra bacon. Supposed to come with 3 pieces of bacon. And only got two pieces. It’s sad you pay for things you don’t get. Do bettet
I used to work at Sonic (at several around here) and I’ll say this is the cleanest store in central Arkansas. Just know if you ask about the ice cream machine being cleaned they’re just gonna say yes (they don’t really know lol)

Almost every time I go here my food is wrong ( like completely different food than what I ordered) the service is not very good at all and when I do get the right food it doesn’t taste good. I no longer visit this sonic it’s worth the drive to go to the location on hwy 107 by Sherwood Walmart.

I literally live right beside this sonic and I will not be going back they get your order wrong 4 out of 5 times I'm so sick of it ? it is not hard to not put ketchup on a burger
