I was so excited to try this. I paid for 2 racks of ribs and looks to me I only got one…I asked if this was it and got told yes. I’ve bought ribs from many places shoot even from Sam’s and this is not 2 racks of ribs. I drove over an hour to try this place because it was hyped and brought it home to throw in the oven to reheat and was deeply disappointed. May give it one more try in a few months but for now I don’t suggest.

2nd time trying Smith & Betts and first time since they moved locations. Food is fantastic especially the BBQ waffle fries. Super friendly people!

Quality not worth the price

Food and service are excellent. It is pricey but the quality is there for not having to make a drive into another town with lots more people. I personally think their egg rolls are the best I have ever had. I know it’s only two for the price but I’m hooked. Anything on the menu is good. Their half portions and light dinners may not look like a lot but are more than enough as a meal for most people.

The BBQ egg rolls were amazing!! I’ve never had anything like them before. We just moved to the area so was thrilled to find such amazing food. The brisket was top notch too. All the sides were YUM. This place is a food truck so limited seating, but there are several nearby parks if you want to picnic. We took it home and have so much leftovers, can’t wait for lunch tomorrow.

Food was pretty good. Service was mediocre maybe the girl was in a bad mood that day? and the price was too expensive for what I got. $15 for a sandwich and very small bag of chips without a drink. Not to mention the screen only used for tips! I couldn't even tap to pay .... lame.

Definitely a favorite smoked bbq joint of mine… they know what they’re doing, and it’s all in that flavor. If I’m not smoking my own brisket or pork, I make it a point to swing in and grab some. Good stuff!

One of the best food trucks in the area! Delicious BBQ, good sized portions, friendly staff. Prices are comparable to other local BBQ sites.

I love this place and eat there often I love all their Meats (Brisket ) especially! The sides lack in my opinion… Potato salad and Waffle fries are good, but the beans taste like they are out of a can, Coleslaw is watery mayonnaise with not much flavor, green beans taste just ok. I would think a Bbq place would add some kind of meat to them to make them different.

I love a good food truck and this place has some of the BEST nacho fries for CHEAP. Location is ok, just a little cramped considering the traffic these food trucks get, but I'd rather wait in my parked car for food than through a drive through any day!. 10/10

I brought my husband here for his birthday dinner, and sadly, we were not impressed. For starters the young lady behind the counter was not friendly, she seemed to have an attitude, but all well she could’ve been having a bad night. We both got the brisket dinner. It comes with 2 sides and “toast”. At a whopping 16.99 each. The brisket was bland, the tiny tub of sauce gave little flavor to the other wise decent size brisket portion. The mac and cheese…. It sucked, I apologize theres no nice way to put it. The beans were the best out of the whole meal. Although the portion sizes for the sides were not ideal. And the toast, the toast was sad. It was a piece of texas toast that had been placed on a skillet just long enough to give a little color and then cut in half. It was just a bland piece of bread. I have picked up here for doordash on many occasions, and it always smelled so delicious, but we were very disappointed. This was not worth the $40 spent.
