I have spoken to the manager numerous times to let them know about the food quality, temperature, how their employees disrespect the food. My last order because I order ahead and I pick it up I only live down the street I had two hamburgers which fit on the bottom of the bag side by side it takes up the bag I had ordered the crinkle cup french fries which this is the third time I've ordered them and this is the third time they have been cold not even under the heat lamp they were cold and also they were not even in the box I ordered a medium they just dumped the french fries in the bag and threw the box in the bag and there was not enough french fries in that bag to fill the medium box because I dumped him out to see just how much french fries was in there also I ordered the fried pickles I got five of them and again was not even in the container was just thrown in the bag they don't pay attention to the order so before you leave always check to make sure you have the correct order I would not recommend this Sonic I use another Sonic and the employee at that Sonic lives in town here and was asked to work at this Sonic and left and went back to where they are now because they said if you saw what went on inside how they treat the food and just the goings-on she would not work here and she said she wouldn't eat from the Sonic either and I've told the manager this more than once and it basically seems to be after 4:00 p.m. so it's the night shift according to the manager and it also seems that they can't keep managers every time you ask for a manager you get somebody different and when you say what happened to so-and-so that was the manager I spoke to they're no longer here so personally I would not recommend this Sonic I would rather drive to centerton or Bella Vista to go to Sonic or McDonald's then go to the Sonic that's right down the street from my home and I must stress this is my personal opinion

Ok we were there earlier this afternoon. The girl who took our order got it wrong. One of my kids wanted a grape escape. I said grape escape three times. And we still wound up with a grape shake. Colin was friendly as always. Bailey learn what a grape escape is and yes I'm a regular and a local.

Ordered dinner for our family through the app on a Friday night. They were a little busy, so we expected a little wait. We watched at least 15-20 cars pull up and then leave for the next 30 minutes. Finally an employee came out and asked if we were waiting for food. 5 minutes later another employee came out and asked if we had an online order and had checked in. We did. 35 minutes ago. After 40 minutes they brought out half of our order. We had to go back up and tell them we were still missing half of our food. Needless to say, I'd avoid this Sonic if you can help it. The Gentry one is much better.

I live out of town but everytime I visit family I make it a point to stop here a few times. The food and service is wonderful. We have local Sonics where I live and the food is never nearly as good. This is my favorite Sonic!
Great service at this location too. A smiling and kind face makes a difference specially after a difficult day and night. Town was hit pretty bad either way storms and tornadoes!

Arrived here doing door dash and let the employees know I was here. Waited for over 20 minutes watching them help other people who came after me. The order I was picking up was a burger, cheese sticks and a drink so it wasn't complicated..... disrespectful.
