I placed an online order for curbside pick up, my friend got there waited, went inside got an oj while waiting. Cashier asks her, "Are you gonna pay for that?" Well, of course! They didn't tell her the order was ready. Also didn't get the provolone on the side as requested. They were waiting on another customer, which is fine, finally they ask if the order was for Sherry. It had been ready the whole time! I live about 10 miles from the store. I placed the order at 6:45, she called me at 7:21, she came straight back here, it was 8:05pm. Be nice to your customers, they are your pay check!
