I don't know how it is in the bigger cities from ordering off the Taco Bell app for delivery but we keep getting told that it's a doordash thing anyone that lives around Gravette might want to make sure that somebody's doordashing because if not your order is going to set up there and get cold. And even though Taco Bell partnered with doordash it is still doordash that you got to deal with if your order don't get picked up. Get ready for the runaround because the manager down here and Gravette I believe his name is Wes doesn't know how to give a refund what a manager.

I'm starting to think this Taco Bell is just ran by teenagers. Does it have a General Manager? I have complained before, yet the same people still work there. They're horrible! The person today at 2:04pm is rude, sloppy, disrespectful, short with customers. How can he still have a job in customer service when he has the personality of a brick. The food is rarely hot. Sometimes the food is missing meat, at times it is missing beans. This place is a wreck and someone needs to actually get in and fix it. Surely the company at large is seeing their dip in sales? Surely they see these reviews?
