Ordered 2 chilly cheese conies not the foot longs. The order taker gave us the price for the foot longs. We tried to tell her but silence. We waited a few then buzzed in again. After a long wait we finally got to explain that we had ordered the regular cheese conies. Then silence she never told us a new price or said anything further. So we waited and waited hoping for the best. We decided to leave when we realized there was only one other car there and this wasn't because they were busy. Really bad service actually no service.

Ordered ahead via the app, only had to wait a few minutes for the food, but I guess the server was having a bad day, cause she just walked up handed me the food and walked away and never said a word. I guess a $1 tip on a $6 bill doesn't rate a greeting.

Really bad about actually taking pickles off the food when requested. Ive had to pick the pickles off my burgers more than once and they never seem to care when its brought up to them.

My husband and I came to the Sonic in Green Forest, Ar. We ordered our food about 9:15pm. They were quick about getting our food out but that was the only good thing. The guy who took our order was mumbling so bad we could barely understand him. He sounded like he hated his job. My husband ordered a chili cheese coney with extra onions. He opened his coney and there were no onions, our carhop, Cassidy immediately apologized and went to get him onions. While he was waiting he went to take a bite and the hot dog was completely cold. It wasn’t even a little warm. At that point we asked for the manager. He came out, we are assuming it is the same kid who took our order. Again he was mumbly and sounded like he did not want to be there at all! My husband just asked for a double cheeseburger instead of them reheating his coney. I ordered a burger, it was fine. But my tator tots had soggy fried pickles mixed in. For someone who hates pickles, it completely ruined the tots. I will say though, Cassidy was amazing and tried to do everything in her power to fix the mistakes.

Clean parking lot, plenty of room to comfortably drive our F-250 in and around the back side to the drive-thru (we didn't even have to fold in our mirrors!); friendly service, and only a short wait (but for freshly made fries, a double cheeseburger, and some chicken tenders, it was understandable– AND appreciated! ?). The order was accurate, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that I wasn't asked if I wanted any dipping sauce– and then I FORGOT to ask them, lol.??♀️ ***Oh, and if you've never been here, you should know that after ordering at the speaker, you drive forward til you get to the DOOR (there is no drive-thru window ?) and then someone will come out to collect your payment.?
absolutely dread this place, terrible machines half don’t work, bad surroundings of the property, trash every where never is cleaned seems like, forks come in napkins now apparently? Not plastic wrapping anymore and they take your card in to scan it and keep it till they are back out who knows what they are doing, don’t trust the lady with long wavy hair she’s the sketchy one. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Gave me something other than what I ordered. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake with extra cheesecake. They gave me a strawberry shake with no cheesecake whatsoever. Cup was 3/4 shake 1/4 whip cream, what person needs that much whip cream in their shake.
