I ordered a Double Whopper from the mobile app, requested extra pickle and onion, got regular portions, and they didn't put tomatoes or lettuce on the burger. I didn't know you had to trade ingredients when requesting extra. At $11 for a burger and small fries, I'd think it would all be included. Bad experience, and there is no way to contact the store.I remember when a Whopper was 99 cents, and it was better than today. Burger King has gone downhill. I guess this is what happens when a franchise is sold off to another country.

Thought I'd drop that here , just incase your running out to grab a quick dinner and you need a bag of ice also...Parking: Lots of places to park nice clean parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Good safe atmosphere for kids and adults alike.
The Burger King in Greenbrier is not only the best burger I’ve ever been to but one of the best restaurants as far as consistency and quality I go to. I am in the restaurant business and live down the street. I probably eat here 4-5 days a week and the staff is amazing. Super friendly and competent. I’ve never had fries so consistently hot and salted perfectly. The burgers are always hot and fresh with a good cheese melt. Dining room clean etc. The entire staff here really deserves some recognition it’s truly exceptional and I’m not exaggerating.

Highly recommend you not to use the app to order. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, driving through tried to grab dinner and they appeared open. People sitting at tables inside etc.. wrong. I ordered through the app and now $17 has came out of my account without possibility of getting my money back for 5-10 business days. Disappointing.

Probably the worst BK I have ever been to. They were out of multiple different things for breakfast. I got a simple sausage biscuit and the biscuit looked like someone took a bite out of it. Will not return!

It took us almost 1 hour to get our food at the drive thru on a Sunday. When we got to the window the food and drink still wasn’t ready. We literally just got nuggets, fries and a drink. Horrible
