I went in to buy 2 packs of smokes and some lottery tickets the guy behind rhe counter was the most rudest I've ever seen. He asked for my ID and he snatched it out of my hand and then threw it back after he scanned he also threw my lottery tickets after scanning them I tried multiple times to call the store and complain abt the service but Noone wld answer the phone

If I could negative I would do negative 5 star. I bought a loaded breakfast burrito which only had potato and cheese and a little egg and absolutely no meat. And when I went to check out the to girls that where in there made me stand at the counter for 10 mins while they talked behind the counter about the new manager starting and having to work 12+ hours. I asked for 2 packs of smoke and one of the girls just looked at me for the and I coughed and repeated myself 3 times and finally I said I guess all this stuff in my hand is free and then that’s when they decided to help me. I will spend my money else where.

Oh man… one thing I can count on Casey’s is when I take my family to use the bathroom on our trips. It is always clean. NOT so here in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Bathrooms were filthy, stunk badly and had water or something worst all over the bathroom floors. This is not a good bathroom stop. Who wants to eat where it stinks?

Was great when it opened but the last two times I've been here the men's restroom had piss, with a strong smell to boot, all over the floor and one (motion-activated) sink running on its own.

The pumps have been running soooooo slow! It took about 15 minute minutes to pump 19 gallons of gas.Other than that, I have always received great service from Casey's.

Stopped by on Christmas day to get gas and snacks. The store was super busy. With one person working the register. This man was super nice and super speedy on getting the line down. I have not encountered a more pleasant experience anywhere. His attitude was amazingly positive. Mr. Cletus needs a raise and is an awesome person. I will forever stop at this Casey's every time I drive thru Greenbrier Arkansas. Cletus (the employee) went above and beyond with amazing customer service!
