Restaurant was filthy!! Service was slow and food was cold and fries were rubbery!!! Worst McDonald’s!

the app consistently gives me problems when i try to order and pick up from the store. today it let me order and pay for breakfast at 10:20. but when i get to the store i cannot actually get my food because its after 10:30?! like, it says i cant cancel my order because its already being prepped, but i cannot actually eat my food because it cant be cooked. how is this right?
and then when i asked for a refund or some proof that i paid $15 and wasnt able to actually get my order they say there's nothing they can see on their side and to just blindly wait 3-5 days for a refund. wish me luck.
this isnt the first time something with the app has ruined my entire attempt at getting food. for pushing mobile orders so hard they sure do make it impossible to use.
the atmosphere and food are okay-ish. the inside is a sterile hospital cafeteria void of any sign of personality. the food is pretty consistent except for happy meals which are constantly missing stuff or have messed up burgers.

Dirty,ketchup on Table and in seat. No napkins to wipe off table. Asked worker to wipe off table and seats ,and he only wiped table half way and not the seats. This was Friday, 5-16-2025,between 4:15pm and 4:30pm

Absolutely awful customer service. The older lady running the food was so rude it makes me not even want to come back! Every table was dirty and when I asked for the Ranch that I ordered she said it was in the bag which it was not.

We had an excellent experience this morning. Shari provided us with great customer service. She greeted us with a friendly voice and smile. Our food was hot, tasty, and exactly as we ordered.
So many times all you hear/read is negative so we wanted to take the time to leave this review. We will definitely stop in again.
Dietary restrictions: We customized our sandwiches to have no egg or cheese. Most of the time when we receive food, I have to pick something off that shouldn't have been on there. Our food came out exactly as ordered.

The lobby walls had odd stains on them, and a lot of our food was very dry. I had went up to the front counter to get a refill for my drink and I had made eye contact with 5 workers and didn’t end up getting my refill because nobody went to the counter to help me. Horrible service don’t go here.

It took almost an hour for an inside order. There were people coming in from the pickup spots because the only orders being processed were the drive thru orders. One woman waited over an hour and ended up getting a refund for her McFlurries. It was an absolute mess.

Most recent visit here for an early dinner was great, employees could have been a bit more friendly but the order was accurate, and the food was hot and fresh!

When traveling through this area several times a year we stop for fast meal. But we choose this place because they ALWAYS HAVE THE FREINDLEST PEOPLE. I don't know any of them. So thank you to them and the management that chooses these great people.

This McDonald’s has an awful setup. You can’t get your napkins, ketchup, drinks, etc. McDonald’s employee has to get it for you and they are too busy working the drive thru. It took a long time to get our food and the discount my husband had a code for didn’t get applied correctly.
