I usually don’t go to mcdonald’s but this morning I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with breakfast on his birthday. I ordered ahead on the app and we arrived at 6:44am. We got our drinks and they had me pull up out of line and I watched as 7 vehicles behind me all received their food. After waiting until 7:06am my boyfriend had to go inside the building to get it. The employee told him “oh yeah, we have that ready”. Our food was barely warm at this point. I made the mistake of trying my french vanilla iced coffee as we drove off and there was not even a hint of vanilla, or any sweetness to it - just bitter coffee milk. My boyfriend ended up being late to work but I guess that’s my fault for thinking ordering on the app would be faster. Sometimes I just need a little reminder of why I don’t like wasting my time and money at Mcdonald’s.

Every single time I go here to grab dinner for my 4 person family they find a way to mess it up. Today my big mac was just a double patty burger with only ketchup. We didn't even ask for anything customized in the entire order.

BRING BACK THE DRINK FOUNTAIN AND KETCHUP PUMP!!! I actually tend to not want to go to McDonald's simply because there's no ketchup pump. Not even joking. Those tiny ketchup packets suck!! Also, the fries were under salted, like, almost zero salt at all. And half of my burger's sauces was just sitting in the wrapper outside of the burger. I really want to go back more often, but I don't simply because there's no ketchup pump. 😞

The employees and their attitudes in the back are always talking and listening to make sure the orders are right and fast. They don’t let their customers hear them grip or fuse at each other or about customers. Very professional. The food, well it’s Mickey D’s as always the atmosphere in the dining area is small but clean. It’s in a gas station perfect for a quick stop.

Had a very nice dinner. We were seated quickly and offered drinks and chips with 3 dips. Food arrived soon after ordered. It was warm and flavorful. Staff were all pleasant and eager to please. The restaurant was clean, tidy and pleasantly colorful. We will return.
If I could give negative I would. Bunch of rude teenagers who don’t wanna do their job and make things right for a customer. Had to go back 3 times before I got what I ordered.

Flies all over the place, trash all in the lobby, random food scattered in every direction. Employees just sitting on the equipment in the kitchen. Had to be the most disgusting McDonald's I’ve ever been too, refused to even use the bathroom went down the road to a gas station instead. Would never eat at this establishment again.
