i went to this mcdonalds and it was pretty good. the food was hot and came out fast. jaxson(hope i spelled it right) was the one who helped me and he was really nice and made sure i got the right stuff. he didnt rush me or nothing. it was just a good visit and id come back again

We just left this McDonald’s location in Greenbrier, and it was abysmal. Finally found a decently clean booth after two attempts. The employees obviously were ignoring the dining room customers, hoping to force customers to use the nasty kiosks. Food was cold and stale. Orders were incorrect. The bathroom had what appeared to be white cake icing smeared on one of the sink fixtures, and the door handle. The manager, or who appeared to be so, was throwing french fries in the kitchen, and oblivious to the customers. The woman who was pushed out as the upfront person obviously did not like her job. She seemed unconcerned about the bathroom issue, or anything else for that matter. We witnessed a customer who failed to receive a correct order being issued a refund of some sort. McDonald’s everywhere are certainly deteriorating, but this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Fortunately, we don’t live here and are just passing through.

This is the worst McDonald's I have seen in a while. Its always dirty. If the mop it's with dirty water, the floor is greasy. I have not been in the dining room and the tables or the floor were free of trash. The drive through was covered with used condiment packages and you know they don't care. I picked up 0.73 cents under the drive through window. Im not rich but money is money.

I was served a raw quarter pounder on 10/22/25 at 9:20 pm. Loud screaming profanity could be heard from the drive-thru window. I ate most of the quarter pounder while driving home in thr dark without realizing the meat was raw. Took my receipt and received my money back at 8 am 10/23/25. Walked in to a already very dirty dining area. Whatever you do stay away at night.
