Had a mixup with my pizza but they fixed it and were pleasent to deal with.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and both had hardly ANY sauce. Asked for extra pepperoni and did not receive that either. Pretty disappointing when it's been a long day and you don't get what YOU PAY FOR. Called and spoke to Andrew for a refund, can't do it apparently. Went up there to try again and nope..no refund. Why would I want them to remake it? To mess it up again or spit in it? No thanks..and to get a credit? I'm not ever coming back. Tired of restaurants making horrible food and then not having a refund policy? Or no sense of wanting to make customers happy.. well, I decided I'd just go to dominos and low and behold it actually had sauce AND the extra pepperoni I asked for. Good riddance pizza hut. ✌️

Garbage pizza with no sauce and they won't remake or do a refund until Tuesday 3 days from now when the GM Katherine kishisian is in Tuesday 9am. I've worked restaurants all my life idk what they have going on but we are reporting them to bbb. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered and them not fixing it is crazy!

I love this pizza hut! The workers are all so friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong. So sad I moved away, I miss your pizzas everyday.
The manager kat is awesome and makes sure I was well taking care of.

Deep pan meatlovers was great. Crust was cooked perfectly and buttery and crisp. Thin crust dbl pepperoni was great too. Nice and crispy. Staff is friendly. There is no drive thru.
I order from pizza hut regularly, and always have delicious food, but I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and fries for my 5 year old to eat because really the only things he will eat is chicken and french fries and I was horrified at what we got for him. It looked like the chicken was drowning in grease. Now I have to buy him something else to eat from McDonald's. Please don't ever order these. Otherwise, food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars.

Pizza Hut has been here for awhile now and I’m not really a pizza person but they do make a pretty mean pizza I so love their chocolate chip cookie pizza me and my family really love desert come stop by you won’t retreat it.

I have ordered Pizza Hut greenbrier 3 times over the past month or so and each time my order is delivered incorrectly. They always correct it and send dessert but Geesh I just want what I ordered the first time. My most recent delivery I waited just shy of Two hours for was also incorrect, I didn’t even call in and complain about the wrong pizza. Shout out to the delivery guy even tho he brought two sodas I’d never drink he at least brought replacement drinks initially to replace the drink I actually ordered that was not in stock. I want to like greenbrier Pizza Hut but they make it very difficult
