It's Pizza Hut, if they didn't have stuffed crust and weren't so convenient I probably wouldn't go there

Deep pan meatlovers was great. Crust was cooked perfectly and buttery and crisp. Thin crust dbl pepperoni was great too. Nice and crispy. Staff is friendly. There is no drive thru.

I order from pizza hut regularly, and always have delicious food, but I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and fries for my 5 year old to eat because really the only things he will eat is chicken and french fries and I was horrified at what we got for him. It looked like the chicken was drowning in grease. Now I have to buy him something else to eat from McDonald's. Please don't ever order these. Otherwise, food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars.

Pizza Hut has been here for awhile now and I’m not really a pizza person but they do make a pretty mean pizza I so love their chocolate chip cookie pizza me and my family really love desert come stop by you won’t retreat it.

I have ordered Pizza Hut greenbrier 3 times over the past month or so and each time my order is delivered incorrectly. They always correct it and send dessert but Geesh I just want what I ordered the first time. My most recent delivery I waited just shy of Two hours for was also incorrect, I didn’t even call in and complain about the wrong pizza. Shout out to the delivery guy even tho he brought two sodas I’d never drink he at least brought replacement drinks initially to replace the drink I actually ordered that was not in stock. I want to like greenbrier Pizza Hut but they make it very difficult

The staff was efficient and friendly and everything was perfect
I love the breadsticks. They're my absolute favorite breadsticks. The pizza is good I don't know when they change the sauce but it's a little sweet now. Which I'm not a fan of. But other than that I have no complaints. And that's just personal taste. People are really nice and friendly, the building was clean and easy to find.
My son finally received the food 35 mins after it was marked ready. He said the employees were back there fighting with each other and couldn't get one to come up to the counter. I tried calling 3x and never picked up. He got home and everything but 1 pizza was wrong. Tried calling 2 more times and again no answer. $60 for 3 pizzas and 2 pizzas being incorrect is ridiculous. If I didn't live 25 mins away and had family waiting to eat I would've taken it back.
Had a mix up with my order and called them about it. The manager was kind and courteous and replaced the food and apologized for the inconvenience.

This location canceled my paid in full delivery order and refused to make it right. The franchise owners and general managers of this location should at the least, focus on retraining their store leadership on basic customer service skills.
