My food had these black streaks on it. They would have seen it because it's in an easily viewable place, but they decided to just give this to me anyway rather than remake it. Its probably mold or cleaning product from the grill. I don't get upset about anything other than knowingly serving customers mold on their food. Everything is usually great.

The female servers are almost always great. There's one guy server there that you can just tell he hates his job and he's always upset but outside of that I don't have many issues with staff. They almost always put cheese on my burgers if I ask for no cheese. That's my top complaint. They also put extra salt on tots I request no salt.

So I live 5 minutes from Sonic. I got 3 drinks, one side, and 2 chili cheese burritos. I placed my order at 5:05 pm. We didn't get home with our food right until 6:10pm. Needless to say we had to have it remade 4 times and where told that they were correct twice. I'm not one to make a bad review, but this happens EVERY time we go to Greenbrier Sonic!

Ordered large onion rings and drink onion rings were cold..tried to call store but no answer...this store is usually spot on...
Chicken sandwich was good but hamburger didn’t taste right. The meat was just off today 8/6/24 12:44 pm. It’s been much better in the past. At these prices fast food needs to step it up. I can get David’s burgers for just $2 more.
