My car broke down and one of the girls came outside and offered help and water. I was broke down for several hours while my Dad was trying to fix my car and they gave me free food and water. All of the workers were so kind and made me feel so comfortable.

I go through the drive through only but I go pretty often. I haven’t been in about a month. Was having a crazy morning. Idk his name but the lovely gentleman in the window was great and kept wonderful atmosphere as he always does. And whoever made my drinks, drew the cutest little Dino on one which is exactly how I felt. And little pumpkins and a ghost on another!

A great morning service with a touch of caring for others.
I stopped by to get morning fuel in my personal cup, To-Go. Mercedes is shift supervisor here. She’s been with Starbucks company for eight years. Experience can be seen through everything she does. She was friendly and very helpful.
After she filled my personal cup, at some point during our conversation about this location, she asked, “Would you like cup of water to go on your road trip?” “Yes please that would be great!”
That is ultimate customer service! When you can anticipate what a customer may need before customer asks.
Since they opened this location April of 2025, it looks great inside with modern designs. Bathroom was clean and has a modern design, 3-in-1 chrome faucet. It comes with soap dispenser, water and hand dryer.
The atmosphere was large with plenty of seating. As you first walk in, you’re greeted by friendly baristas. You will find four black, leather chairs by the entrance with round tables.
To the left of the entrance, a large wall of windows, allowing natural lighting. Against the windows, you will find large leather bench seating with six tables and six chairs. Next to that seating arrangement you’ll also find additional seating. Three high tables with six high chairs.
Patio is also decently sized, facing the busy street. It offers seven tables with fourteen chairs.
Overall, it was a great experience with a good location. I’m hoping to return here soon and sit awhile. Definitely stop by and enjoy your visit. I recommend it.

Apparently the drive through is social hour for the employees. After ordering my food, I sat behind someone and an employee who were just exchanging information and photos on their phone back-and-forth and laughing like this is their hangout time. Meanwhile, it’s 6:15 in the morning and people need to get to work after ordering their food. I sat there so long that I ended up just leaving not getting my coffee or my food and the person in front of me still hadn’t even paid yet

I went through the drive thru at 7:08 and left at 7:21. It does NOT take more than 10 minutes for a refresher drink and a cake pop! The lady told me it was $10.29 , which then i grabbed $10.29 she then told me it was $10.26 I GAVE HER $20.26 so i can get $10 back. Instead she gave me $9.97. Asked her again how much she told me $10.29. I was irritated already I had even turned off my car to not waste gas. Again it does not take no 10+ minutes for a drink. Never again will I stop by for a drink. Even if they were understaffed I was the only one in line. 3 people were there. Worst Starbucks I've ever been at! The funniest part that not mad at is they spelled Fun wrong 🤣🤣
I'm having mixed feelings about this Starbucks location.
Pros: Nice employees, they get to know you if you're a regular, open and spacious (plenty of room inside for sitting and outside for parking).
Cons: The drinks just don't taste very good. I don't know why, but at this particular store the flavor seems to be lacking. I can order the same drink at the Conway locations and it comes out perfect, but when I order here I sometimes have a hard time finishing the drink.
I do like that it's convenient and closer to me, but at the same time I'd almost rather drive further away to Conway to guarantee a better tasting drink.

This brand new location is quite spacious with lots of comfortable padded seating and plenty of natural light. The outdoor area has seating with umbrellas and even fans. Very comfortable for just hanging out or getting some work done. The seating all along the windows also has loads of power outlets. There is also a drive through if you're on the go.
