Well, the fries were just as they’ve always been, perfect! But that roast beef sandwich was a pure disappointment. I could’ve made it better at home.

People were friendly and service was expected time wait. However, the chicken on my sandwich after taking 2 bites, was chewy, and tough. I tried to eat it but just couldn't. The fries I got were stale and old (2 other people had fresh fries.. tried mine and it was significantly worse)I never leave reviews and I'm not one to really expect much when grabbing food after a long week... but this was really awful food. I worked these jobs back in the day and I cannot believe people would serve what I was given.I like arbys when I crave it... but this location has consistently done this. Disappointing. If you won't serve it in your home, don't send it home with someone's family.
