I didn't get what I ordered but they definitely charged me for it. I ate what you gave me. Because McDonald's ice cream was close. I did not order any nuts either and it was covered in them. I don't like nuts. I ordered two scoops of ice cream and got a very small scoop it didn't even fill half the tiny bowl you gave me. 15$ for that and a chocolate shake is ridiculous. We need a new ice cream shack in Greenwood because this ain't it. I will never come back to this location for either genos or baskin robins. You guys suck.

Coming into this establishment, I was expected to a warm welcome and a nice “hey welcome what can I get for you today” instead I got a sarcastic and sad “what do you want”. I was not aware that my form of payment was not going to be enough. Which I will admit is my fault. However, the way that the situation was handled was astronomicaly out of hand. My card apparently did not have enough (only a couple of dollars). The person which I would assume to be the manager already came up with the most attitude. The two people serving me very rude and didn’t have any sympathy. I understand that they were losing profit and product because I didn’t have enough to pay but they had absolutely no respect for me as a person and acted like I had came in there intentionally having no money. I did not know, it was a mistake. I ended up being able to pay in the end but even after that they were still rude and acted like they had never made a mistake before. And it was just mid ice cream didn’t even like it

Worst milkshakes ever all milk no flavor and the customer service sucked. If I'm paying almost 7$ for a small and it taste like flavored ( barely flavored) milk no thank you. Lady said here..and gave me my shakes. Never again will I go there.

The girl at the counter was a young blonde girl, probably in high school or newly graduated. I just got off work and was really exhausted so I didn’t think much of it until my husband said something as we walked out. Since he had eaten most of his ice cream by then we opted not to say anything but I’m still extremely upset and disappointed that that kind of scammy behavior is allowed in a place like this. I’m hopeful that our interaction was captured on camera so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. We will not be returning to the Greenwood location ever again.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE THERE THIS EVENING AROUND 6:15FOR A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.WELL I GOT THE GOLD MEDAL RIBBON AND UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NEARLY MUSH, WAS NOT FROZEN AND THE SCOOP WAS A CHILD SCOOP, MY HUSBAND ORDERED A PRALINE PECANNOT EVEN A FULL SCOOP AND AGAIN IN A CHILD CUP.WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? NO ONE WAS HARDLY EVEN THERE.AND ALSO THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON US DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US! NO WORD OUT OF HER MOUTH.WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED! WONT BE BACK!!!ALSO THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THIS WAS OVER $8.00THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Over priced ice cream and shady management. They fired my little sister without probable cause which to my understanding is illegal so like I said it’s a shady business. Go to braums instead, you get alot more for the money.

Waited 40 min for ice cream in the drive through. Never again. I told my kids sorry but they will have to suffer with walmart ice cream from now on.

Geno’s- Waited over 20 mins for them to bring a couple slices of pizza and a sandwich….they forgot the sandwich…waited another 10 mins then had to go in for sandwich…believe or not they forgot it AGAIN
