I bought two cake cones with a single scoop in each and was charged $14.27 for them. Unfortunately for me, I paid in cash and didn’t receive a receipt. I visited on Wednesday 9/27 around 9:30pm. The girl at the counter was a young blonde girl, probably in high school or newly graduated. I just got off work and was really exhausted so I didn’t think much of it until my husband said something as we walked out. Since he had eaten most of his ice cream by then we opted not to say anything but I’m still extremely upset and disappointed that that kind of scammy behavior is allowed in a place like this. I’m hopeful that our interaction was captured on camera so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. We will not be returning to the Greenwood location ever again.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE THERE THIS EVENING AROUND 6:15FOR A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.WELL I GOT THE GOLD MEDAL RIBBON AND UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NEARLY MUSH, WAS NOT FROZEN AND THE SCOOP WAS A CHILD SCOOP, MY HUSBAND ORDERED A PRALINE PECANNOT EVEN A FULL SCOOP AND AGAIN IN A CHILD CUP.WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? NO ONE WAS HARDLY EVEN THERE.AND ALSO THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON US DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US! NO WORD OUT OF HER MOUTH.WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED! WONT BE BACK!!!ALSO THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THIS WAS OVER $8.00THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!

0 stars. Sundae was basically just vanilla ice cream— a soupy mess—-and the employee smeared chocolate sauce all over the outside of the cup. Pass. Not worth the money.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Over priced ice cream and shady management. They fired my little sister without probable cause which to my understanding is illegal so like I said it’s a shady business. Go to braums instead, you get alot more for the money.

Waited 40 min for ice cream in the drive through. Never again. I told my kids sorry but they will have to suffer with walmart ice cream from now on.
Geno’s- Waited over 20 mins for them to bring a couple slices of pizza and a sandwich….they forgot the sandwich…waited another 10 mins then had to go in for sandwich…believe or not they forgot it AGAIN

I ordered a one scoop hot fudge Sundae with extra fudge and no whipped topping, plus a single scoop vanilla waffle cone in the drive through. The waffle cone was fine, but I received a one scoop hot fudge sundae with nuts, a cherry, whipped cream and NO HOT FUDGE. My husband took the ice cream in and asked for hot fudge, but made the mistake of telling the young man that we had ordered it without whipped topping. He threw the cup away, gave me 1/2 a scoop of ice cream,, seriously, half a scoop, with a LITTLE hot fudge, nuts, and a cherry. All for $10.15. Kids need to learn, I understand that, but where is the adult supervision at this establishment. I'm not angry, but very disappointed in the service, prices, and outcome of this visit.

I would give a star based on food but ice cream is ice cream. However, service is another thing. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 shakes and a sundae. Shakes were more milk than ice cream.Looking in the window, we saw all the teenagers on one side of the counter having a conversation with a bunch on the other side and nobody was making anything. When all of the waiting spots were full, then they decided to get moving. Our 10 and 12 year old have a better work ethic than the teens in this town. Is it the parents raising entitled kids, or do they just not want to do anything. I'd they want to stand around and talk, they should let somebody else have their job and just stay home.
