Staff said they were closed no more purchases made inside even though they are open til midnight, yet still wanted money for their gas purchases, so they left those on. Poor staff with customer service.

I live in Greenwood and have a chance to visit this Casey's store a few times each week. From the moment you drive up to this store and look at all the dirt that has collected on the gas pumps to the dirt and trash on the front walk of this store you instantly regret that this chain store picked Greenwood as a base for its facility. I am a former manager of a convenience store chain from Tulsa, OK, and have called the supervisor's store about this problem, and so far NOTHING has been done. If no one cares about first appearances then you can only imagine how the store must be managed. VERY POOR.
Caseys is our favorite on the road stop. Fuel, snacks, and restrooms. Always cean, always consistently good, and always our first choice for a convenience stop.

Been here a few times. The night shift workers are super awesome. The day shift not so much. Just came in to order a salad. Waited at the counter to order for a while. Had workers walking past me but didn’t even acknowledge I was there just kept doing whatever they were doing. Finally got tired of waiting and walked out. They were not busy a whole three cars in the parking lot. The time I waited was obnoxious. The fact that not even the woman at the main counter did not even acknowledge me or say welcome to Casey’s is bothersome let alone the whole staff was that way. Including the manager that walked by me twice. Probably my last time in this store during the day shift. I’ll take my business to subway and other Casey’s.Also went to subway was in and out in 3 minutes ??Your slacking Casey’s…..

Today Titus cost me an extra8 dollars because he is incompetent. The store constantly smells like sewer gas because of a plumbing violation underneath the new coffee makers. Missing a p trap. I told them about it 1.5 months ago and nothing done. Had my company truck gas card compromised at their pumps 3 days ago. Big inconvenience to me. This store is a train wreck
