Luke warm, flavorless pizza. Zero customer service. Will not return, would not recommend.
Long time Geno’s customer here. Mostly at Fort Smith locations. However, the last two times I have visited this Greenwood location it has been absolutely filthy. The front counter, salad bar, floor, and the bar that has the straws, napkins etc, all filthy. This place needs a deep cleaning and then needs to be consistently kept up.
Waited over 30 minutes for a nasty calzone. They done have no pride in their business

Geno's Pizza is a popular spot serving giant NY-style slices and a solid salad bar. The pizza is good, although the dough can be slightly undercooked. The staff is friendly, mostly young adults, and the food is fast and reasonably priced. However, the restaurant can get dirty and the salad bar messy on busy nights. Sometimes customer service misses the mark, and the place can be hit and miss, but the salad bar has a wide variety. The food is good, but cleanliness can be an issue, with food and trash on the floor, which can be disappointing.
