Luke warm, flavorless pizza. Zero customer service. Will not return, would not recommend.

This place is hit and miss, sometimes it’s perfect and other times it’s not so great.

Fast food is fast food, but customer service is what makes the experience for me and sometimes they just miss the mark.

Do not work here, the employees are nice, but if they fire you, they will not tell you why, even if there is no reason to fire you.

By far, the rudest people I’ve ever met I walked in my order was still being cooked, so I sat down by the front counter, the girl who helped me saw exactly where I was and when my order was done, she just said it up top did not say anything to me. Finally I noticed something about 10 minutes later, walked up and asked what the name on the order was the other girl rudely said the name no thank you no smile no nothing

Well I called in a pizza at 5:51pm, they said 25 min. I arrived there at 6:10pm, paid at the drive thru. They asked me to pull forward to the white line, it would be 5 min. Another truck pulled over into the #1 waiting area, about 5 minutes after me. At 6:32, they bring the order to the guy in the #1 spot. At 6:34, I walked into the restaurant and asked about my order, they said it was in the oven. About 2 minutes later, they bring it out to me and said they were sorry. The problem with all of this, the pizza wasn't even hot. So it obviously was just forgotten. Next time I will got to the pizza barn. Their pizza is better.

Long time Geno’s customer here. Mostly at Fort Smith locations. However, the last two times I have visited this Greenwood location it has been absolutely filthy. The front counter, salad bar, floor, and the bar that has the straws, napkins etc, all filthy. This place needs a deep cleaning and then needs to be consistently kept up.

Greenwood Arkansas was very unprofessional when I told them they overcharged me for a meal deal. She rolled her eyes and stated that they didn’t have a website it must have been fort smith. The WEBSITE I looked at was Greenwoods. I will never go back to that location

Let me start with the positive. Food tastes good; however, all but three tables were dirty. Napkins, straws, and various other trash scattered on the floor throughout. Salad bar was down to the bottom of canisters and needed wiped down and restocked. No soap in ladies room begs to ask how employees wash hands before returning to work let alone customers. At least five kids on duty. This is at 6:45 on a Wednesday night and I might add that there were no cars in parking lot when we pulled in. For $50 I expect a little more. The managers need to make surprise visits. They don’t do a very good job managing The Dari down the street either. We quit eating at the Dari due to wrong orders every time. If they’re not going to monitor their restaurants better than this, they should consider selling to someone who cares more.

Shelby is the worst manager. She sent only half my order with for dash, and would not do anything to fix it. Had to reorder missing items. Wound up paying $50 for two slices of cold pizza.

Ordered on rhe phone, was told 25 to 30 minutes, got there 25 minutes after ordering. As I was paying I watched them cutt up the same 2 pizzas I had ordered. I finally got my order 1 hr after ordering. Drive to Fort Smith it is a lot faster.
