We ordered 2 giants, one with extra meat and sauce, the other was half sausage, half pepperoni. I am guessing because it was 45 minutes to close, they didn’t care about the customer or the order. Not only were there no “extras” that we paid for, the 2nd pizza’s toppings had slid completely off the pizza and were in the corner of the box. You can bet we won’t make this mistake again!! We will stop somewhere in FT Smith on the way home next time.

Paid 48.75 for two large pizzas. Ridiculous. Then they messed up my order and made me pay another 5$ to fix their mistake. Horrible.

Popular spot and shares a building with Baskin Robbins l but they get so busy, it tends to get dirty fast! The staff is friendly, mostly young adults. Food is fast and good, if you like their style of pizza. Prices are reasonable. The salad bar usually gets messy and needs tending too on busy nights. I would give another star if salad bar and restaurant were better.

I find $9.95 for 2 pieces of supreme overpriced. I will just call dominos and get a pizza for that

Genos has never been known for great pizza but it was always affordable. Now the prices have gone up so much that you’re better off going to Pizza Hut for cheaper and better quality pizza. The salad bar is almost as much as steak dinner. The prices are ridiculous. Genos, nice knowing you.

The salad bar's greens were all wilted and turning brown. The teen girls behind the counter were being snippy and ugly to eachother when we entered. Pizza was fantastic as always though. Wish the salad bar had been fresher.

We showed up at 5:30pm on Sunday asked for two single pass salad bar and a large supreme. Total was $31 and some change. Oh well we are eating out… then she handed us a single salad bowl and asked if we wanted a salad bag. I realized they only charged is for a single pass salad bar and asked for another. $9.81. $7.99 plus tax. I said no thank you. My wife had a single slice of to go pizza, which is why she asked if we wanted a salad bag, and a single pass salad bar and a Diet Coke. $21. Don’t think we will be back. Nevermind I’m sure we won’t.

My Pizza was Definitely not cooked long enough. Ctust wsd very doughy. I had ordered the Supreme with extra onions and mushrooms. I had a total of 6 pieces of pepperoni and no other meats on it. I am very disappointed in it. The service was very unprofessional acting teenagers.
