Hello BBQ fans, I know prices are absolutely up for everyone but even at $5 per pound for Brisket $25 cooked is way toooo much.

I love BBQ and Holy Smokes is the best I've ever eaten. I've been to ever inland state except Maine and I've never had better ribs anywhere else, especially where the meat falls off the bone.

Bought a sandwich and a side from them, shredded brisket and loaded potato salad, ordered a family dinner platter from them before I left. 7 very satisfied customers! Won't pass this place up again period. If you don't stop, you are missing out big time!
