After sitting in line at the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes I was informed by a rude “could care less” person that they stopped serving breakfast. The time was 10:37. I should have known better and just left because you really never know what type of service or food you’ll get at this place

This must be the slowest McDonald’s ever, me and three other customers waiting on, only coffee, stood there for 20 minutes. When you walk in the door, you have to yell to get someone to greet you,or even look at you, let alone take your order. But this seems to be the trend in most places, as far as ignoring the customer. ( the Taco Bell in town is the same if not worse) Nevertheless, it should be fixed management seems scatter brain , and the lady, that I assume is the manager, she’s the oldest, that’s when service is absolutely the worst, when the short lady manager is there.

It took over 20 minutes for them to make a happy meal and triple cheeseburger. Doordash should ban this location from their app. I will be getting a full refund if the food is cold or stale.
McDonalds should just go fully automated. The workers at their location are just so lazy and slow unreal lol. You're heating up pre cooked food. You're this slow. Amazing. All should be fired and have to find a new line of work to get fired from.

This location is the only McDonald’s for miles and unfortunately. I have 3 young children who often request McDonald’s. I have never had an experience as bad as EVERY SINGLE experience we have here in Greenwood, AR, West Main Center st. I have tried various forms of ordering: picking up curbside with a mobile order, going through the drive thru with mobile order, and just ordering on the spot in the drive thru. Doesn’t matter - at any given time during the day/afternoon/evening I am guaranteed to be waiting 30 plus minutes for a couple of happy meals and maybe one combo. Whether there are 3 cars, 10 cars, or zero cars in sight, the staff that is seemingly comprised of children under the age of 16 and managed by no one, really take their sweet time to deliver any kind of service. By the time I have sat in window 2 for what feels like hours, I don’t even have time or energy to complain about the order that never fails to be incorrect after finally receiving it. This review isn’t going to make a difference, I am well aware, but at this point I have to express my rage somehow as opposed to repeatedly degrading, again, the CHILDREN working behind the counter. Wish someone would figure out how to run their franchise over here - or at least put a competent adult in charge even just part of the time.
