Asked for a double cheeseburger no ketchup and got a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and a lot of it!!! Either smart-ass kids or just don't pay attention either way if you don't order your food the way it comes it's going to be wrong 98% of the time!!!!!

First time I went it took forever to get our food, 20 minutes. Second time I ordered online as I say there and waited for well over 30+minutes.

Was in drive thru for 10 minutes....had to use restroom so got out of line and went inside.....no line inside, so ordered there...2 big breakfasts w/pancakes, to go, was my order....didn't have too long of wait, but watched customers cancel their order due to wait....got home with my order only to see no pancakes....guess my mistake was not saying HOTCAKES. Also noticed no prices on menu board so I don't know if I was charged for pancakes/hotcakes or not....I don't eat at McDonalds often....now I remember why.

I hate to complain but here we go. This location has really gone downhill recently. Do not put in a mobile order and expect it in any sort of timely manner. The lines will be backed up to the road and the curbside spots are full. During beakfast, specifically, because you will wait in their line for 20+ minutes only to be told you should have been there earlier. Even when I have managed to get food here recently the biscuits are crunchy or the hashbrowns are soggy. Why would I want to wait in line so long for a crunchy biscuit? Why would I waste money and time on this? To make matters worse, there is no apology, no understanding that you are a valued, hungry customer. I've worked drive through before so I understand more than most but this is ridiculously, repeatedly the same problems.

Order 20 nuggets received 10 and was told I would have to pay $5.60 for another 10 when 20 is $6.49 not again they definitely need more training and better management

Everytime I get a big Mac the bread is so dry it falls apart. Need to make sure your food is fresh. Too expensive to pay that price for old food.

Ordered online and arrived when I got an email showing the order was ready. The line to the drive thru was backed up half way to the road but I had skipped that and ordered for curbside. Well they finished clearing the line out even sending people to the drive thru wait areas beside me and everyone was served while I was waiting. After they finally brought my meal out 10 mins after emailing me it was ready, I was informed the drink I ordered was not available. It is not worth ordering online at this McDonalds.

I’ve pulled through this drive through twice, my order took over 20 minutes the first time, and I left without my order after 20 minutes the second time. What are you guys doing in there? 2 for 2, you guys don’t miss when it comes to god awful service.?? how you do anything is how you do everything, the evening shift at this location does everything poorly.
