They have the BEST bbq! Their nachos are to die for🤤 Also the smoked pickle pasta is a favorite of ours! If you haven’t tried them you definitely should!

🫣 So sad to have to give only 1 star. Attended 4th of July in Greenwood Arkansas was so excited to experience Rollin' Smoke BBQ for the 1st time. Didn't care that the line was long just very disappointed at amount given plus very limited selection of food offered. We wanted the sampler platter but they only had two of the four Meats available and given a very small amount at that. $28 for the sampler platter and two sodas (limited selection of drinks also) they were the only food truck that served barbecue from what I could tell. They should have been better prepared for the large amountof ppl that come every year to this event. Was so hoping to make them my new go-to for awesome BBQ.

I got the beef bulgogi. Was not good. Beef was stringy and very chewy. Tasted like fish. Beef bulgigi should not taste like fish. My husband tried it and also did not like it. Went in the trash. Wasted money. My husband's food was good.

Man, that was some of the best brisket nachos I have ever had. I am at the Fort Smith Harley working and it was so awesome to have them there.
Not sure what Micheal Stephens comment below was about but a 1 star is just being mean and hateful just because you don't see the FOOD TRUCK at their registered address. WHat a mook!!

Best Brisket in the area. My favorite coleslaw ever. Great pickle pasta. Awesome and fun staff. Wish the sides were a little bit bigger portion sizes. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend this place! You will not be disappointed.

Brad has been smoking meat for darn near 20 years now, and you can taste the years of experience! That, and he’s pretty fussy about it all, too! Haha! His Dad and I are very proud of what he’s doing with his barbecue food business. It’s been a dream of his for probably 10 years…wonderful seeing it come to fruition! Now I will admit that I MAY be a tad bit biased toward Rollin’ Smoke..;) but I honestly believe if you give it a try,…you’re going to be very happy you did! Keep on rollin’ low and slowwww.

If you haven't tried Rollin' Smoke BBQ, you need to run and get you some! Some of the best brisket I've ever had... so tender, perfectly smoked, great on a sandwich or on its own. It doesn't need sauce (even though Brad makes some great sauce) and to me that's the perfect BBQ. I'd eat it every day if I could!
