Some of the people are friendly but some don't know how to be friendly. I really appreciate that your diet coke are so much than than they were when I moved here 8 years ago. Now I can go back to buying them again

My husband and i come here quite often. We do drive a larger vehicle. Today we came for lunch and there was very limited parking because the employees had taken all the parking instead of parking in the area behind the store. I understand that they want their vehicles in the shade but the parking behind the store is currently shaded. Very disrespectful to the customers and causing the company to loose money because customers cant park. Also since when does sonic charge for salt? And then on tip of charging for the salt not give the the customer what they paid for. I asked for ranch and didnt receice it either even tho it was on our receipt. Very disappointed in how this location seems to be on a down hill slide.

I’ll say the Greenwood location needs some serious improvement to their service. Around 2 weeks ago I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 drink. There were no cars ahead of me, and perhaps one car at one of the stalls. I pulled forward to the window only to sit there for 7 minutes without another word, so I drove off. I visited again yesterday, and pulled into a stall. This time they were a bit busy. I pushed the button to place my order, and waited a few minutes. The screen said someone would be with me, so I assume their equipment was functioning. Someone pulled in next to me and I heard an employee on their speaker IMMEDIATELY greet them and started to take their order. So, I won’t be back. McDonald’s is not what I wanted either time, but they got my money instead.

I ordered a BLT. When I got out my food there was no bacon on the sandwich. I went back to get it fixed an a woman was all smiles and laughing like it was some joke, that I had to waste my time to come back for a corrected sandwich.

On the way to this Sonic this evening, I put in an online order for an Oreo Blast, a chocolate shake and fries. We arrived, a couple of minutes later, and I entered the stall number on the app. The order screen welcomed me and said my order was in the kitchen. 15 minutes later still no order. Pressed the red button and asked about the order. The girl apologized and said the order would be right out. Another 10 minutes went by, and still no order. I pressed the red button again to ask why we still haven’t received the order. Apologies were given again and she said the order would be right out. Finally got the order after a total of 30 minutes. To make things even worse, the bottom of the cup containing the blast broke open and ice cream spilled all over my kitchen floor when I got home! Needless to say, I am very frustrated at this point!!!

I've been here several times, and more times than not, i'm leaving disappointed. Drinks are missing their flavor. Just straight carbonation. One time, I got food from here, and it tasted like straight soap! Barling is THE best sonic in this area. Hands down, no contest.

Was trying to use the app but after like 9:30 at night they shut it down cuz they close at 10. They still gave me 1/2 price drinks but no food specials that you could get on the app.

Update: the service has gotten a lot better!
BUT, has anyone else noticed the steady price increases when using the app for 1/2 price drinks? Why aren't the prices the same as the price on the menu board at the restaurants?

Hard working folks there. They do pretty good and really try to please the customer base. Any mistakes are taken care of politely and urgently. The food and beverage aspects are pretty consistent...I recommend this particular Sonic.
