Waited over 10 minutes for just a drink and there was only one other car there.
the wait times are out of hand. I’ve been sitting here waiting on an order for almost an hour. I’m never coming back after this.

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever been too. Employees are extremely incompetent, service is so slow, food isn’t that great and sonic has always been my family favorite. I ordered a chocolate shake, it had strawberry syrup all over it, I handed it back to the lady and asked her to clean it up, she just gave it to another employee to brought it right back out with some napkins so I can just do it myself.
