This was hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but when I called to explain the issue, I was met with nothing but arrogance, condescension, and outright disrespect. Instead of taking responsibility, they manipulated my words, tried to make it seem like I was attempting to scam them, and even laughed in my face.

When I tried to call back to resolve the matter, they refused to answer my calls. Their excuse? Pure ignorance, as if not knowing better was some kind of defense. To make things even more absurd, they told me to hold on to the incorrect sandwich until Monday—72 hours from now—when a manager might be able to address the situation. Imagine being told to keep a sandwich for three days just to get basic customer service!

This was an absolute disgrace. The staff clearly has no concept of professionalism, accountability, or even basic decency. On top of that, the food was terrible, making this entire ordeal a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs—there are far better options where you’ll be treated with respect and get the quality you paid for.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. After placing an order and discovering it was completely incorrect, I called immediately to resolve the issue. However, I was met with condescension, arrogance, and zero willingness to rectify their mistake. Instead of addressing the problem, the staff manipulated my words, showed no remorse, and ultimately hung up on me.

Not only was the customer service appalling, but the food itself was subpar. This combination of rudeness and poor quality is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. A business should prioritize respect and accountability, and unfortunately, this location failed on every level.

I did an online order for two sandwiches and I asked one with no tomatoes because I was allergic, I even put that in the special instructions. When I got my sandwich it had quite a few tomatoes in it. This is the second time I asked for no tomatoes because I was allergic.I also ordered a churro and it was hard, I could knock it on the table it was so hard.

I want to rent about the lack of professionalism and the seriously inappropriate attitudes these teenagers have but it's greenwood and the longer I visit Greenwood the more I realize it's pretty much the common theme here. From how expensive this basic food can be you would think they would pay these young young adults to have a little pride and professionalism but...well, that's Greenwood! They can open and close the same gas station three or four times in a couple years but God forbid they put a Quiznos or a deli in anywhere.

Great food, if you can get past all the attitude.I tried to call ahead and order, as that is the only pickup option, but no one would answer the phone. I thought perhaps they were busy, but when I arrived, not 1 was in the store, they just didn't feel like answering.The app doesn't work half the time, just sits there and loads, so if you are in a hurry, better eat someplace else.?

Every single time I do online order, my order is made wrong. It's made sloppy and wrong. Both ends just bread and everything just piled in the middle. My daughters salad was not cut up. I asked for extra veggies and didn't get it. I just tried calling 8 times and they don't answer. My husband literally just left and said they weren't busy so i doubt they got a rush within 10 minutes. 8 times and no one picked up. I just got off work, I don't want to go back into town to get it fixed so im going to eat this shiit but they need to know they need to do better. Online orders are JUST as important as in person orders. They don't read the notes on the online orders either. It's laziness and thinking they can get away with it because it's an online order. There is no excuse not to answer the phone either.
