Honestly if you live in Greenwood and want Taco Bell, drive the extra 15 minutes to the one on Hwy 71. Idk what these people are doing at the Greenwood location but it’s absolutely terrible.

literally have messed up my order the last 5 times i’ve went, all i want it to get off work & order some food and go home but it always has to be something. idk if the employees just hate their jobs so much that they take it out on my food, or if they’re just so bad at their jobs they CANT get my order right. either way, get it together or do us all a favor & find somewhere else to work ?

The girl at the drive-thru window was pleasant and nicely dressed. The order was ready when I pulled around. I would go back
This place defines good help is hard to come by. When the adult crew is here you get good food and service pretty much every time, but when the teens and young adults are running the shift you are lucky to get half filled items or fresh food. I thought the Grand Ave taco bell was the worst but this location is quickly gaining on them for that title. We went in tonight and the lobby was a dump with dirty tables all over, trays overflowing on trash bins, and the napkins unreachable. With the prices of everything going up and up with each passing week it seems, I hope that somebody in upper management can get these people to give us at least what we are paying for in a caring manner.
