Every time I go there the food is stale or done with absolutely no care. I've just about cracked a tooth on a chalupa and the prices keep going up. Every single time no matter the time of day. I feel I've lost about 50 bucks because of bad food that couldn't be eaten.

Greenwood Taco Bell has great staff, service and food the location is a little tricky around 5-6 it takes. Minute to exit the parking lot when traffic is heavy.
Twice now I have gotten delivery from Taco Bell in Greenwood ,Ar, both times I have received ZERO sauces that were ordered and ZERO napkins, I called and told them and they acted like I was bothering

The staff at this Taco Bell is awesome!! Fast, friendly and well made fast food cam be expected here. The dine in restaurant is clean and friendly atmosphere. Best TB in the county!

DONT GO HERE. To be honest they should get rid of this place. They literally lie and close early when the close at a later time. They also never get your order correct. This should be turned into something else and closed immediately!!

Its just like any other TB. However CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. This TB is notorious for having the order wrong or not giving you all your order esp sides/sauces.

Last 2 time’s eating here from the drive thru, the food was made wrong the first time and the soft shells seemed like they had been sitting out for hours getting hard and stale. Tonight the order was made correctly but every soft shell we had except one was old and stale again. Another was half old and stale and soggy in spots from soaking wet lettuce. I doubt we will be back anytime soon. If the food is bad, then that ties into poor service. At the prices fast food restaurants are charging now, we can just eat at or order togo at regular restaurants instead. They seem to make less mistakes or serve less subpar food. If i can use a burrito and knock on the door and it sound like my knuckles, its a problem. Hopefully taco bell and others will get their quality back up. If not, good luck.

Our order was incorrect and the quality of the food was horrible. 2 of our 10 family members were done eating before anyone else even got their food. The staff was laughing when we were trying to get the situation resolved and the manager didn't seem like he cared. We will not be coming back to this location. Kevin C. July 4, 2023.
