The Dari is a popular spot for a tasty lunch or a great breakfast in the area. The place is very open and airy, attracting not only locals but also visitors from other towns. Many customers praise the food and service, noting that the food is always great and the service is friendly. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the employees are attentive. Customers have enjoyed a variety of meals, including their famous fat fries, grilled chicken sandwich, hamburgers, and French fries, which are often described as some of the best they've ever had. Some visitors have tried the catfish and Footlong chili cheese dog, both of which received high praise for their flavor and generous portions. The hot dog is split lengthwise and grilled, topped with ample chili and cheese, while the catfish is flaky and cooked just right. Sides like tater tots, Pinto beans, cole slaw, fried okra, and hushpuppies are well prepared and flavorful, often tasting homemade. The breakfast offerings are also highly appreciated, with thick and fluffy waffles, perfect bacon, and mouth-melting biscuits & gravy, all served in a very clean setting. Customers mention that the food portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and inviting. Although there are occasional issues with drive-thru orders and pricing, many feel the food is worth the wait and the small extra charges for non-cash payments. Overall, The Dari offers a mix of tasty food options and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a favorite local restaurant for many.
