I have come by often and have always had an amazing experience from service to food. Today was different. Ordered #5 Ham steak, 3 eggs, gravy and biscuits, grits. Ham was watery, fatty, and tasted like mold. The eggs were supposed to be over easy, but were half runny, half hard. The gravy was greasy, and the grits had zero flavor, and super runny. I tried to flag down a server 4 times. Before giving up, getting up and asking for bill. Come on now... I am hoping it was just an off day. But, that made me not want to come back for a while.

My boss and I came here for lunch because we heard good things about this restaurant. It took 15 minutes for us to even place our order. I ordered the chicken strip combo with Ranch. Once our food got out they gave gravy instead of Ranch. You can tell their Mac n cheese is from a box. Ketchup was requested but never brought. Drinks were not offered to be refilled. Our server only came by once and that's when I requested the check so we could get out of there. Customer service is important and due to the lack of that, I will not be back!

Ordered dam near $100 worth of food and part of it was 4 burger baskets that should have had everything on them and received 1 with everything on it and the rest were meat & cheese only. 2 was supposed to have mustard and 2 with mayo. We received 1 with mayo and other three with nothing.

SAMMY YOU NEED TO SPEND MORE TIME AT THE DARI OR AT LEAST CHECK ON YOU EMPLOYEES. ALSO UP DATE YOUR GOOGLE BUSINESS PAGE. THAT EMPLOYEES SAY YOU DONT HAVE. I called in an order, and they didn't tell me the price. When I got there, the price was more than what was listed on the online menu. When I asked about them, they were rude and told me well it is an old menu." They said it was not their business page when I suggested that they update the current menu. I am considering just going to Fort Smith from now on. The Dari has too many young employees who worry more about standing around talking than working. It took 28 minutes to get a BLT and fries.

Food is decent over all but the fries are awful every single time. Fat fries, or the skinny ones, it’s honestly sad because it’s every time it’s crazy. Need a new fry plug or someone who knows how to cook them.

Great birthday meal for the wife. Delicious hushpuppies and onion rings but the pulled pork was very bland. I'll be back to check out more of the menu.
I have never been disappointed with service or food when I have gone to The Dari. The waiting staff are kind, helpful, and seem like they enjoy their job. The only critique I have is I wish breakfast was all day.

First time going, & I thought it was great for a lunch date w/my husband. I wasn't paying attention when he ordered? so I ended up ordering the same thing as him. He got the chicken fried chicken w/mashed potatoes & fries. I got the chicken fried chicken w/mashed potatoes & mac & cheese. The chicken fried chicken was cooked & seasoned beautifully. Mashed potatoes were also good. The fries were delicious, however, not evenly seasoned. Some were well seasoned & cooked perfectly. Crunchy on the outside & pillowy on the inside. The mac & cheese was the only thing lacking flavor, but nothing a little tableside salt & pepper couldn't fix. The service was quick & everyone was so friendly. Our server seemed eager to ensure all her tables had a great experience. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was there Jan.30th 12.45pm when we got there, serving the front section of the restaurant (facing Walgreens, I think. The section that shares a wall w/the front entrance.) Her customer service was great. The speed of service was a lot quicker than I expected. We were seated immediately, & given our drink order w/in 2 mins of being seated. Our server greeted us maybe 5mins after that & got our app to use w/in 7mins & our lunch order w/in 10mins after that. The portions are generous & very filling. We definitely plan on making a trip back to Greenwood to dine there again.
