Got lunch at this sonic today and it's by far the absolute worst sonic I've ever been to. The worker taking my order was deaf and had the intelligence of a box of rocks and couldn't get my order right after repeating it to her over 5 times. Do better sonic. thankfully the lady that brought the food was extremely nice and made my experience better otherwise id be leaving this rating at a one star.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a jr pattie on top and a sonic burger pattie on bottom. Also I think dey are stealing because she gave me no receipt and order fell off screen. I would of brought the hamburger back but I live too far from there so I jus threw it away. Wat a 8 dollar lost

Ordered a jr cheeseburger today with no onions and no pickles, easy mayo, easy ketchup. Got one with 6 double stacked pickles and piled with onions, ridiculous amounts of mayo and ketchup and smashed as flat as possible. In the past I always thought they just got the order wrong, after today it's obvious someone is getting the orders wrong on purpose. It wasn't funny, I threw that crap away.

The ladies working there are stellar. They were helpful and quick with order.
Who ever Alayna is has no sense of costumer service what so ever. 10-15 min had gone past and our order went off the screen as if it had been given to us and we also noticed that other people that got there after us had gotten their order. So we call in to check on our order and her response was just so out of line and rude. We weren’t upset or anything, just simply checking on our order. Do better Alayna.
